Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Current (the "Service"), including the web app, desktop app, and iOS app. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use Current.

2. Your content

You own everything you capture in Current. We claim no ownership over your thoughts, notes, or any content you create. You grant us only the limited right to store, process, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the Service for you - including sending relevant content to AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Beta status

Current is currently in private beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change as the product develops, and we'll do our best to give notice before any change that affects your existing data or account.

4. Subscriptions & billing

The Free plan is available at no cost. Paid plans, when introduced, will be billed in advance on a recurring basis and can be cancelled at any time from Settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period. We'll always show pricing clearly before you're charged.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Current to:

• Violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or another user's account.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's operation.
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes someone else's rights.

6. Third-party services

Current integrates with third-party services you choose to connect, such as Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and AI model providers. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your content as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Current is provided "as is" during beta, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll notify active accounts by email before the change takes effect.
